The location is perfect, just steps from the state park and great for fireworks views. Parking fees are high, and the attached restaurant isn't worth the price. The indoor pool is fun, but it wasn’t heated. Enjoyed the nearby golf courses and sports events. Staff were friendly, but check-in was slow.

Walking distance to the falls, which was awesome. The rooms were outdated and I found the cleanliness lacking. Close to local dining options, but the food at the onsite bar wasn’t great. Had a fun time at the indoor pool. Parking costs $15 a night, which adds up quickly.

The shower didn’t work for two days, and I had to keep asking for it to be fixed. Plus, my room wasn’t cleaned regularly, and I missed having breakfast options. Total letdown!

The location is prime, just a short walk from the falls, and the room was clean and quiet with comfortable beds. Unfortunately, the breakfast left much to be desired; we opted out after the first morning. Our initial room wasn’t ready, and we ended up losing our view of the falls. The shower had good pressure, but an AC leak disruptively lingered. Smaller details like a musty smell and outdated decor made the stay less appealing. Not quite the getaway we hoped for.

Last-minute decision led to a pleasantly surprising stay. Room with a stunning view of the falls? Yes, please. The staff was exceptional—friendly, quick to help, and never made us wait. The Anchor Bar delivered good food and stellar service, especially at dinner. the hotel showed signs of age. The price felt inflated; no breakfast included, and parking was a separate cost. The Wi-Fi struggled, and my parents faced a leaking issue with little urgency in resolution. Attention to maintenance could use improvement. Despite these drawbacks, the location is prime. It's easy to embrace the fun. Just expect to pay a premium for it and know to temper expectations.

I was thrilled to discover how close we were to the iconic Niagara Falls, only a short stroll away, and it was so easy to walk to Goat Island and the nearby park, making our weekend filled with delightful walks and breathtaking views, not to mention the convenience of having downtown just a quick walk away filled with shops and restaurants; the staff were also incredibly helpful and friendly during our stay, but the breakfast options could use some enhancement for a better start to the day.

The indoor heated pool was a delightful escape after a day of exploration! Our room had the most breathtaking view—waking up to that was pure magic. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home, even accommodating an early check-in without any fuss.
Couldn’t recommend more! ❤️✨

I had an amazing time at this hotel because it was just a short walk away from Niagara Falls State Park and so many fantastic sights like the Horseshoe Falls and the Cave of the Winds, making it super easy to soak in the natural beauty and excitement of the area while I enjoyed leisurely strolls; plus the hotel offered comfortable rooms and friendly staff, but the breakfast could definitely use some improvement.

During our recent stay at Holiday Inn by Niagara Falls, we were met with a mix of positive experiences and a few disappointments. the room lacked some basic amenities like ironing facilities and free toiletries which are usually expected in a hotel of this caliber. It would have been convenient to have access to these amenities without having to request them separately. I must say that the heating in the room was quite efficient, ensuring we stayed warm and comfortable during our stay. On the other hand, the air conditioning unit seemed outdated and didn't cool the room effectively, making it a bit uncomfortable at times. We were pleased to find tea and coffee facilities in the room, which allowed us to have a cozy morning routine before heading out to explore the falls. The sitting area was a nice touch, providing a space to relax and unwind after a day of sightseeing. One aspect that stood out was the flat-screen TV, which offered a variety of channels for entertainment. the carpeted floor in the room looked worn out and could benefit from a thorough cleaning or replacement. Housekeeping did a decent job of maintaining the room, but there were areas that seemed overlooked, like the sink which appeared dirty upon our arrival. It would've been nice to see more attention to detail in the cleanliness of the room. Unfortunately, we didn't have the chance to explore the shops or take advantage of the tour/ticket assistance offered by the hotel. It would have been helpful to have more information readily available on local attractions and activities.

The Holiday Inn offers an unbeatable location just minutes from the American and Canadian Falls, making exploration easy. The hotel staff was accommodating and responsive to our needs. the breakfast options were limited, and the room could use some updating to eliminate any musty odors.

The location is perfect! You can walk to the Falls in minutes and the breakfast is solid, especially at dinner.
It wasn’t exactly a bargain, but totally worth it.

Just a balanced option for a flash visit in Niagara Falls with very good value for money. Great location to the falls.

I enjoy the fantastic view of the falls from my room. The hotel is right at the entrance to the park, making it super easy to stroll out and explore.
The breakfast options are way too limited.

The room had a musty mildew smell from the A/C, which wasn't working properly. The furniture looked beat up, although it was clean. The bed was decent but didn't make up for the issues. We had a lovely view of the nightly fireworks, a pleasant surprise. Unfortunately, the check-in process was slow, and the staff's attitude was disappointing. The pool area was loud and filled with kids, and its location near the lobby felt strange. While the proximity to attractions was excellent, the air freshener didn’t mask the room’s discomfort. Water refills were inconvenient, requiring a trip to the gym.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the waterfalls and various restaurants. The rooms are spacious, clean, and come equipped with a fridge and microwave, ensuring a comfortable stay. The staff was friendly and quick to address any issues that arose during my visit, providing excellent service.
The maintenance of the hotel needs improvement, as there were issues with the bathroom drainage and old fixtures. Additionally, the Wi-Fi access was not straightforward, and some amenities in the room were not in optimal condition, such as a buzzing refrigerator.

Perfect family enjoyment within two blocks, like the modern Aquarium of Niagara. Kids loved the proximity to sights and the pool.
My wife says that the breakfast could be more affordable for families.

My friends and I had a blast checking out the Niagara Legends of Adventure film and Aquarium of Niagara , so cool! The hotel is super modern and funky, perfect for young peeps like us. We were stoked that it was all within walking distance!
We wished for a livelier vibe at night with a cool hangout spot for us party, loving teens.

The only place in the USA to view both falls at once. The hotel offered first-class amenities after a day of sightseeing. I walked to all attractions easily.
The worst service ever at the Anchor's restaurant. Flies in my room, unchanged bed, pricey breakfast, and rude staff.

Despite a small issue with the TV, the friendly staff and comfortable beds made my stay at Holiday Inn worthwhile. The location was convenient for exploring the area. Overall I'd recommend this hotel.

On my business trip, the location was top-notch. Being steps away from the park and a short walk to downtown was super convenient. Plus, the staff was friendly and helped arrange a tour bus pick up right at the hotel — major time saver!
The unexpected charges for parking left a bad taste. The room felt tired, with beat-up furniture and odd smells.

stayed at the holiday inn and the place was spotless. just a quick walk to everything, and the concierge gave awesome local tips. loved the bar & grille and my kid had a blast at the arcade. also, the fireworks view from the 3rd floor and up is tops!
Would be happy to recommend

We had a fantastic time at this hotel! The location was perfect, just a short walk to everything, including the breathtaking Niagara Falls. The rooms were spacious, with comfy beds and a nice hot shower. We even had a connecting door between our rooms, which was convenient for our group. The mini fridge and freezer were a bonus, and we loved the skyline view of Canada. The staff, especially the engineer, were friendly and quick to address any issues. We also appreciated the ample parking lot and the helpful tourist counter staff.
We were placed near a group of hockey kids who were quite loud at night. It would have been nice to have been given a quieter room.

I chose this hotel because of its proximity to Niagara Falls, and it did not disappoint. The indoor pool and arcade were great for the kids, and the Anchor Bar restaurant served delicious American dishes, including the original Buffalo chicken wing recipe. Plus, the fact that up to 2 kids eat free from the main menu at any on-site restaurant was a pleasant surprise.
Difficulties with the coffee maker.
